Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Akhdemny account and its data at any time. You do not need to install the app to request deletion — see the email option below.

Delete it in the app

1. Open Akhdemny and go to Profile.
2. Tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm with Delete Forever.

Deletion takes effect immediately.

Delete it by email

Email us at [email protected] from the phone number registered to your account, and ask us to delete it. We confirm your identity before deleting the account, then complete the deletion for you.

What gets deleted

Your account and all of your order history are permanently deleted, along with your personal data — your name, phone number, saved addresses, chat messages, and wallet records. This is immediate and cannot be undone.

What may be kept

We may retain only minimal anonymized or financial records where Egyptian tax or commercial law requires us to keep them. These records do not identify you.
